I originally was working out alone. I had taught myself some basic workouts and started to see the results. A couple years later I found Zac Smith and he became my idol. The person who inspired me to take on the physical challenges. I followed him for about a year before I purchased the plans and let me say I don’t know why I waited so long. In 8 weeks with 110% effort I went from 197lbs 16% body fat to 207lbs 13.1% body fat. And I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I WILL be purchasing another 8 week program very very soon.
