Here’s that photo of my two year transformation. The first year I did a lot of cardio and changed my diet to what I considered really healthy. I lost a lot of weight but still had scrawny arms and shoulders. This past year using your transformation pack took me to the next level though. A lot of the things I was eating that I considered healthy were actually still really holding me back. And I was still doing 3 sets of 10 in everything I did in the gym, and grouping too many muscles together each at, sort of just lifting without direction. I’ve seen such incredible results with your help. I’ve continued to lose fat and the muscle I’ve put on finally has me feeling good about my physique. Also your supplement guide has my recovery time and muscle soreness cut in half, even after the hardest workouts. I’ve still got a long way to go, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
