Life got busy and I neglected myself. I needed a challenge and a change!
I work full time managing a Gym and Coach Clients before and after work, resulting in 40-50 hour weeks. All my time, energy and focus goes into my club and clients and overtime I would sacrifice my own training/prep until I found Zac Smith’s transformation challenge! It was just what I needed to get back to my old self. I HATE COOKING and wanted ideas that did not require much kitchen time, meals that were easy and most of all tasty! Zac’s meal plans were simple & awesome and I still use many things from it to this day! He understood everything I wanted to achieve, offered support and regularly checked in via email. If I was having a bad day or had any questions he’d respond promptly. His training programs are easy to understand and are far from the same old boring routines!
